Metering stabilization and UX finishing

App Metering flow strengthened: collector endpoint, ingestion events, discovery, device/app/user matching and device detail sheet with latest usage/discovery scans.
Script Builder enhanced with Intune and manual commands, contextual help, custom targets, full-width discovery candidates and replacement-character cleanup.
