Turn Wadyu signals into customer-ready evidence, savings reports and governance material.
Purpose
Reports translate Wadyu signals into customer decisions. They should not be screenshots; they should explain scope, period, cost, evidence, exception and action.
Practical workflow
Build reports for reclaim candidates, application usage, monthly and annual savings, SLA proof, QBR meetings and governance reviews.
Controls and validation
Validate observation period, cost assumptions, excluded users, status of decisions and whether savings are potential, approved or realised.
Security and compliance
Exports must respect customer scope and RBAC. Secrets and operational keys never belong in reports.
Common mistakes
A frequent mistake is presenting recommendations without business exceptions. That weakens trust even when the calculation is technically correct.
