Purpose

Troubleshooting starts from the symptom visible in the console, then checks MSP scope, Microsoft consent, collector activity and permissions.

Practical workflow

For SSO, verify MSP domain mapping, tenant ID, slug, return path and user identity. For Graph, verify consent, permissions, secret expiry and Microsoft throttling.

Controls and validation

For blank pages, capture the browser error without sensitive data. For collector issues, check key rotation, Intune assignment, URL, proxy and process names.

Security and compliance

Use correlation IDs and redacted errors. Do not paste secrets into support notes.

Common mistakes

After a fix, validate the full functional flow rather than only clearing the visible error message.
