Route critical Wadyu signals to Teams, Slack, PSA, ServiceNow or webhooks.

Purpose

Alerting turns Wadyu signals into MSP action. Events should go to the channel where the team can actually respond.

Practical workflow

Route by customer, module, severity and event type. Teams and Slack are useful for collaboration; PSA and ServiceNow are useful for tracked work; webhooks cover custom integrations.

Controls and validation

A useful alert contains customer, severity, module, summary, impact, console link, recommended action and audit reference.

Security and compliance

Webhook URLs and ITSM tokens are secrets. Do not include them in tickets, exports or screenshots.

Common mistakes

Alerting without thresholds creates noise. Group repeated events and escalate only when impact or repetition justifies it.
