Product operations are the checks an MSP administrator can perform from Wadyu without access to internal hosting procedures.
Practical workflow
Review recent synchronisations, collector activity, functional errors, linked tenants, Reclaim candidates, open alerts and generated reports.
Controls and validation
After changing a profile, role, retention rule or ITSM integration, verify that the console reflects the change and that audit history contains a usable trace.
Security and compliance
Visible logs and audit entries must explain the module, customer, action, result and timestamp without showing secrets or raw collector keys.
Common mistakes
Public documentation is limited to product-visible checks and customer/MSP responsibilities.
Devices and filters
The Devices view validates Intune data freshness and quality. It provides global search plus filters by OS, user, Defender, compliance and customer, with sorting by last sync. It is the control view before interpreting App Metering: a non-compliant, silent or never-synced device should not be used as proof of no usage without verification.
