Practical workflow
Review each candidate with usage age, cost, role, device status, business context and known exceptions. Attach notes when a candidate is ignored.
Controls and validation
Every status change should be auditable with user, timestamp, customer, financial impact and reason.
Security and compliance
Licence removal is sensitive. In the MVP, Wadyu identifies and documents candidates while final action can remain manual in Microsoft 365.
